By purchasing order on our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

Shipping

We aim to ship out orders within 1-3 business days upon receival of order. No shipping on Saturday and Sunday.  Shipment maybe delayed when we are experiencing high volume of orders.

All items are dispatched from Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

Instant Courier

Instant courier available for orders within Jabodetabek area. Instant orders on weekend will only be sent from 1 PM - 3 PM Saturday, orders beyond that time window will be sent on Monday. 

 

Domestic Shipping

We have wide range of options for nationwide delivery. Please choose from the dropdown upon checkout.

 

International Shipping

All custom fees imposed by your local post office must be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for any packages that are returned due to unpaid custom fees or taxes.

 

Payment

For International orders, we accept Visa, Master Card, and JCB.

For domestic transaction, we accept major online payments and bank transfer.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah.

 

Order Cancellation

All sales are final. Please read product description carefully.

 

Return & Exchange

If you have damage issues with our products, kindly email us at contact@binatangpress.com . The product damage must be reported along with unboxing video sent within a day after package is received by customer.

The product must be returned within 3 days after we confirm your report. Return shipping fees are imposed to the customer. 

All returned products are elligible for exchange with the same product or product of the same value. We do not refund returned products.  

We cannot accept any claims of damage or missing item reports without proof of evidence.
